- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Whenever the weather in Alamogordo is bad my debit card will not work even though there is money in it, they "lost" one of my checks that I had tried to deposit and now it is nowhere to be found (according to them), they take 5+ minutes to answer the phone at any branch (call center included), and their staff is extremely rude.
