- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was required to give them a star to post this. Wish there was an option to rate them with less than a star. Every single time we have to conduct business with this department is worse than the last experience. This is 2017 and their administration policies are from the 60s. They can not do anything without your physical presence in their lobby. And every question you have will be answered differently by each person you ask. Antiquated, disinterested in their customers, same complaints over and over do absolutely no good. The worst organization I have dealt with in the past 30 years.By Monica P, April 26, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Third month in a row I get my bill on the cut off date for disconnection... And by the time I get it, it is past 5pm.. I call to see what my bill is and they tell me it's not ready... They have disconnected me even when the bill has been paid and wanted revving fees to trying it back on... And was quoted 3 different prices...
